Purple De Nimes was founded in 2008 during a meeting between Matteo Denti, owner of the famous store “Purple” in Milan, from which this brand inherit the name, and the designer Giorgio Figini.

“Purple” was in Milan, during the years between the 90′s and the new millennium, synonymous with research and landmark in the scene of italian “alternative” fashion: it is just the propensity for the research the most important element inherited from Purple De Nimes.

After the first small productions dedicated to the exclusive sale in Purple store, encouraged by the growing success and interest, the project evolved by expanding the collection and looking with great interest to foreign markets.

The experience of Matteo Denti and the creativity of Giorgio Figini are the engine for the creation of a jeans line for men and women to express “Vintage” in a contemporary and modern version by creating articles refined in details and with strong personality.

Great pride and strength of the brand is the choice of using for their articles only Italian products: also processing and manufacturing are made in Italy. A jeans that wants to enhance the traditional Italian excellence with a “strong handcrafted flavor” product.
